A warm-line offers the caller an opportunity to speak confidentially with a peer specialist about current struggles.  Warm-lines are not hot-lines in that a warm-line may not be answered right away, but if you leave us a voicemail, we will return your call within 24 hours

If a student is having an urgent mental health need, they are welcome to walk in at either of our locations to speak with an on-call provider, weekdays 9am to 4pm.
If a student is having an urgent mental health need and cannot walk in for a consultation, they can call 352-392-1575 and ask to speak to an on-call provider, weekdays 8am to 5pm.
If the urgent need is happening after-hours or during weekends, support is available via phone at 352-392-1575.
Students can contact CWC to consult about a variety of concerns regarding themselves, friends, or peers.
Please call CWC and indicate that you would like to consult with a provider about a concern.
Some examples of consultation topics include:
Concern about the well-being of another student
Responding to a crisis or a sudden change (such as death or illness of a student or family member)
Concern about potential threats of violence or self-harm
Interpersonal conflict in the classroom, living situation or the workplace
Questions about a mental health topic or available services
